We test drove the car and I decided to actually buy it. I was first very happy with my trade in amount. This helped with my decision. We decided on a lease and met with others and agreed on an amount. This went pretty smoothly and everyone was nice and helpful. Finance took a while to meet with us but I know that is common. We met with finance and he was also nice and helpful. It was close to closing time and a holiday was the next day and everyone was ready to go home. I felt a little lost with my new car as I left but the book was very simple and easy to follow and it took no time to learn. I did have to meet with the dealership 3 times to correct paperwork and call about my plates and payment. However, overall I really liked the dealership and everyone I met with was very kind and made me feel important. They always attempted to not inconvenience me and did whatever necessary to make me happy. They also always offer to clean my car. This is a great dealership and I've recommended them to others. I would definitely buy from here again! More

This was the first purchase that I made since my husband passed away and I was really anxious about purchasing a new car. I did not wan to deal with any high pressure sales person who would pressure me or keep calling me about purchasing a car. He was very down to earth and showed me the features of the van I wanted. I said I was just looking as I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted. He respected that . Then about 3 weeks later after looking at other vehicles I returned to this dealership and Dan Piece was there to help me. He was so very patient as there were no vans on the lot that I had in mind. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the exact match that I wanted and found one to match my request. This salesperson went beyond the call of duty, making me feel like I was a value customer and wanted to be sure that we found the van. I was embarrassed to take all the time I did in reaching the decision about what I wanted but he assured me that they wanted me to get what I wanted and be satisfied. He really helped me during a difficult hurdle in my life and I very much appreciated his kindness. He was very knowledgeable about the van and while test driving illustrated all the features on the van. He answered questions without hesitation as he appears very up to date on the products he represents. I would think this dealership would be happy to have this guy as their employee. I could not have ask for any better treatment. I love Chrysler as I traded a Town and Country for this new one and I also have a Jeep as a second car.
