We were looking for a used vehicle for our son. He saw the 2007 Ford 500 at Crown on the internet. While it was nearly 2 hours from our home, the vehicle and price warranted our trip to Dublin. Lew Ash had been communicating with our son to ensure the vehicle was still for sale before we drove up. Once there, Mr. Ash was very friendly, honest and helpful and he appreciated the fact that we drove 2 hours and he made sure we got a deal done. I have been a long-standing customer of Crown Chrysler because I know my vehicle will be properly serviced and I will be provided with good customer service. I came into the dealership recently because I my brake and turn indicator lights were off on the left side. This was a dangerous driving situation which needed to be taken care of immediately. I walked in hoping I could be fit in the schedule since I did not have an appointment. I was approached by Mr. Mark Nelson and I explained my problem to him.. Even though it was a busy day, Mr. Nelson arranged for a mechanic to take care of my vehicle and I was out of the door in no time at all. I am so grateful for him taking time to listen to me and help me with my van. I had planned to wait for my vehicle with my 2 year old Granddaughter so I appreciated a short rather then long wait I left the dealership smiling because of the wonderful service and will most certainly ask for Mark Nelson when I return. I came into the dealership yesterday looking at Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds. My current truck is at the end of it's life and I'm considering switching from a full size 4-door truck to a Jeep that is a lit Wrangler Unlimiteds. My current truck is at the end of it's life and I'm considering switching from a full size 4-door truck to a Jeep that is a little more fun and a little less work related. Tom answered the few questions I had and I went home. He gave me his card but didn't press me for anything other than my name. I went back today and he set me up with an all day test drive without me having to ask. It was really helpful for me to have the vehicle all day to do my normal thing and have time to look over it and get a feel for a different style vehicle at my house without any pressure or distractions. I returned it this evening and we talked about what I liked and what I didn't and if I got one which options I'd get. I haven't made up my mind yet, but if I do decide to get a Wrangler I look forward to dealing with Tom at Crown. More

After several issues with my (2011) vehicle over the past four months I have become quite discouraged with the manufacturer and their ability to put reliable vehicles on the road. With that being my sole opinion, I have to say that the challenges from this vehicle have in large part been overshadowed by this dealership and the amazing service staff. I (unfortunately) have had the honor of working with and around just about all of these individuals and all of them are consistently solid regarding customer service, communication, reliability and proactive updating. While I am very disgruntled with the manufacturer, I am feeling much better about this dealership and the service staff...They have taking a rotten series of circumstances and managed to turn them into a positive experience. If anyone is putting stock in the dealership they work with when making a large purchase I strongly urge you all to consider "Crown" as they truly go above and beyond for clients....A very special thank you to Dustin Litteral for his professionalism and courteous service towards my situation(s). If not for Crown and Dustin, I would be on a complete warpath! More
