Excellent I spoke with the service manager, Patricia Neal, concerning an issue with my Fiat 500. Patricia checked with her service technician concerning my concern and advised me they were able to address my vehicle. I delivered my disabled vehicle to the dealership. After the technician diagnosed the problem, Patricia contacted me and advised me of the required repair. I authorized the work to be performed. Patrician again contacted me after the repair had been made and wanted to test the vehicle to assure the vehicle issue had been resolved. After testing my vehicle, Patricia again contacted me to inform me the vehicle was performing properly at this time. I was also made aware of another issue for which I declined repairs at this time. Communication from this dealership was excellent as was their service and repair pricing. I highly recommend this facility for your vehicle repairs. More

Rude, inefficient and ineffective! After purchasing a Jeep at Crown Cleveland in 2015, nearly every contact I have had with this company has been unacceptable. The customer service expe After purchasing a Jeep at Crown Cleveland in 2015, nearly every contact I have had with this company has been unacceptable. The customer service experience begins with a maze of recorded messages on the phone that lead to an option to leave a message for service. Not even once, has anyone ever responded to the message I have left. The other option is to contact Crown through the website appointment system. When using this method, the customer is prompted that a representative will call you to confirm your requested appointment but they never do. The Garmin navigation system that came with the Jeep has been malfunctioning. During my first visit to Crown, I was told the warranty would not apply because I "made modifications" to the Jeep. That is not true. Then Danielle from service decided I needed a Garmin download to correct the issue. It cost $100 and did nothing to correct the issue. Multiple calls to Danielle to request a refund and to again ask that they navigation system be repaired or replaced, went ignored so, I contacted Crown through their website contact form and left multiple messages on the phone system. Nearly 2 weeks later, Danielle returned my call and claimed she was unable to reach me earlier because my "phone had been disconnected". This is also not true. Danielle suggested that a technician needed to look at my navigation system. I have no idea why this did not occur to her during my first visit, but I went ahead and scheduled another appointment. In my most recent interaction with Crown Jeep, I needed to cancel that service appointment and reschedule. After navigating the phone system, I finally got to a human voice who told me she would put me through to the service department's voice mail. When I objected due to past experiences, she forwarded me to another human. That human seemed to understand my simple request - cancel the appointment for Wednesday at 9 a.m., reschedule the appointment for Friday at 9:00 a.m. . On Friday morning I drove for over an hour to get to my appointment. When I arrived; I was told that service had no record of any of the issues with the navigation system, of my dealings with Danielle and on top of that; they had no record of my appointment either. In short, Crown Jeep service sucks! More

Tire patch I had a slow leak in my tire. Even though I have a Toyota, I took it to my trusted Dodge service dept in Cleveland. From the minute I walked in, I I had a slow leak in my tire. Total Incompetence I made an appointment for service on my Dodge Ram six days prior. I took off time from work to drop my truck off at the time they opened ( 7:00 A.M.) I made an appointment for service on my Dodge Ram six days prior. I took off time from work to drop my truck off at the time they opened ( 7:00 A.M.) and had my supervisor come pick me up. At 7:00 there was no workers there except for a nice lady by herself. The workers slowly rolled in and I discussed my servicing to be done with the one who seemed to be in charge. During the afternoon I expected a call from the shop and never heard from them, so I called and got the "everybody's busy" recording and left a message. Still no call back. At 4:00 P:M. I returned to Crown only to find the man who seemed to be in charge knew nothing on the status of my truck. When he checked into it he told me it hadn't been touched, but offered to change the oil while I waited. What a joke ! I asked for my keys and I'll never return again ! I called the store manager to ask why my truck wasn't touched all day and got his voicemail. So I explained and asked for a call back......never happened. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE ! More

Great place for service I recently moved to Cleveland and had the same service provider in my old state for 15 years. I was apprehensive about finding a new dealer.
