a/c work Awesome folks in service... Answered all my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage. And it was a good visit. The price was Awesome folks in service... Answered all my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage. And it was a good visit. The price was more than I was expecting however it was a lot of work. And the dash had to come completely out. I have dealt with sales a bit too. The only person I'd recommend would be Dustin Winder. The rest are a bit bitter ,and pushy... Keep in mind I treated everyone the way I expect to be treated. So I'm sure your experience could be much different depending on your own actions. More

Cam and lifter replaced I recently had an issue with my 2011 Ram 1500 due to a lobe on the cam getting delaminated. The Chrysler group agreed to fix my truck under the good w I recently had an issue with my 2011 Ram 1500 due to a lobe on the cam getting delaminated. The Chrysler group agreed to fix my truck under the good will program. The service at Crown of Cleveland was top notch, my truck was repaired and is running like it was new. Couldn't ask for more. Fulton Lewis, Salesman, took me by surprise w/ great results I attended at the Cleveland Dealership where I purchased my 2013 Jeep Compass in January of 2013. I went back there this year becaused I preferred Cle I attended at the Cleveland Dealership where I purchased my 2013 Jeep Compass in January of 2013. I went back there this year becaused I preferred Cleveland, rather than Chattanooga, which is closer. Upon waiting for the oil change on my Jeep Compass, I met a pleasant young man in the sales department and was encouraged to take a test drive while I waited. Well, long story short, I left with a 2016, brand new, Chrysler 200, only 23 miles on it. That was highly not my intension. The salesman, Fulton Lewis, was kind and of a gentle spirit, very professional, had more patience than I did, for I only wanted to leave with my Jeep. I guess he saw something that I did not. He knew his stuff; he was extremely knowledgeable about his line or work. If you need a car, just go and see Lewis at Crown... .of Cleveland, Tennessee. Then you will know for yourself my experience. Customer Service I didn't want to have someone other than my husband care for my car. I brought my jeep in to have the transmission serviced. I was nervous!! to do so!
