Questionable Service I received an email coupon from Crown CDJR Cleveland for 3 basic oil changes for $55.00. I took a printed copy of the coupon and was told by the servi I received an email coupon from Crown CDJR Cleveland for 3 basic oil changes for $55.00. I took a printed copy of the coupon and was told by the service advisor that they did not honor this promotion, try the Chattanooga location. There is no way I could recommend a service department that will not honor a promotion sent to their customers. False advertising ! More

Helpful & Friendly Experience I came to Crown Chrysler in Cleveland Tennessee because after speaking with sales representative Toot over the phone he encouraged me to come in to se I came to Crown Chrysler in Cleveland Tennessee because after speaking with sales representative Toot over the phone he encouraged me to come in to see if he can help with a Uconnect malfunction that was not allowing me to make any Bluetooth phone calls on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. From that visit I learned that my Uconnect is old and could be serviced for a price and he asked me if I would like to see the newer models with the upgraded version of Uconnect and all of the benefits, features and convenience they provide. I really learned a lot during this visit and it was great that Toot looked at my car provided me a trade-in value and gave me two different scenarios if I would want to move forward on a 2019 jeep that caught my eye and interest. I never felt pressured to move forward and sign any paperwork to by a a car and I like that. He provided me all of the paperwork and scenarios I asked him to so I could go home and let it all soak in. Buying a new car is an investment not only one that costs hundreds of dollars every month but also an investment in my safety and comfort. And I feel comfortable knowing I have an customer service orientated and educated team at Crown Chrysler providing me the best options that suit my pocketbook as well as my personal well-being. More
