The negotiation went smoothly and they accommodated a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle - a 2019 Mustang Bullitt. They made an aggressive price for their vehicle and an very good offer on my trade. One detail that was missed was a new air filter element that they said they would replace yet did not. Toot offered to personally pay for and ship a replacement to me which is above and beyond what most salespersons would do. Much appreciated. I had traveled from the metro Chicago area to complete the deal. Crown stood behind their numbers even though one of my winter tires was un-repairable. I had included 2 sets of tires and wheels with my trade - summer tires and winter tires mounted on Enkei Raijin wheels. More

First visit to Crown for repair and service of two older Jeeps, an ‘07 Wrangler and ‘04 Liberty and it was amazingly superior. Kayla Neal does a superb job as a service advisor, communication and turn arou Jeeps, an ‘07 Wrangler and ‘04 Liberty and it was amazingly superior. Kayla Neal does a superb job as a service advisor, communication and turn around time exceeded my expectations, the techs left my vehicles clean and like new. We have had plenty of experience with other dealer service departments where this was not the case. This is the kind of experience that makes you want to return again and again and it also will lead us to purchase from Crown in the future. More
