I'd been shopping for a new truck for about two months. I spoke with dealerships in Kentucky, Chattanooga, and Atlanta. It seemed that everyone just wanted to make a lot of money off of the transaction with spoke with dealerships in Kentucky, Chattanooga, and Atlanta. It seemed that everyone just wanted to make a lot of money off of the transaction with no regard for the customer. Lastly, I called Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Cleveland and was very pleased. I was greeted by a gentleman who was very attentive to my needs and listened as I explained to him what I was looking for. He had just the vehicle I wanted. I drove to the dealership on Saturday of memorial day weekend, it was a six hour drive and I knew it would be almost 7:00 before I would arrive which was their scheduled closing time. 250 miles into the weekend, it was a six hour drive and I knew it would be almost 7:00 before I would arrive which was their scheduled closing time. 250 miles into the trip I realized that the dealership was in the eastern time zone and I was coming from the central zone. I arrived shortly before 8:00, Greg Yeoman, Brian, Chancy, and Trevor was still there waiting on me, their commitment to customer service is much appreciated as we were there till the 9:00. I got a good truck at a good price and a reasonable trade allowance. So if you're in the market for a new ride give these guys a call and ask for Greg Yeoman, he and the other guys will get your taken care of! More
