We went into Crown a few weeks ago after a long day of shopping many other dealerships and not having really good experiences. When we meet Christiane she was like a breath of fresh air, she took the to L shopping many other dealerships and not having really good experiences. Matt at Crown CDJR was great, informative but not high pressure, the truck was as advertised and well priced. The sales manger was professional as well, and the facilities were very nice. The reason that 4 stars were given was due to the finance manager telling me to receive a particular term for the loan that I would have to sign up for the 7 year warranty and protection plan at the lenders request. Lenders don’t require extended warranties or protection plans, and can not legally require you to purchase one. I have no issue with dealerships offering or trying to sell the extended plans, but to be told you have to buy it or lender will not finance your loan at particular terms is an underhanded way to try and strong arm the sale and not a tactic I expected based on the process at the dealership up to that point. More
