Generally good work but service tech didn’t know anything and I guess was either let go or reassigned. Nice guy but zero experience. When the job was passed on, communication was really lacking. The new guy didn’t have a handle as to what was going on. The vehicle was there for 3 weeks and I had to get Chrysler involved to warranty the majority of the job. Even though Chrysler had called to advise the dealership that the job was under warranty, they did not order the parts until I called and sent them the email from Chrysler and then it took another 3 days to get it fixed. Finally, I had asked they clean the car as it was sitting for a month and didn’t want my wife picking up a dirty car. If they washed it they didn’t use and soap or water. Not impressed. More
