Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chattanooga - Service Center

I purchased a Fiat 500 Sport in March of 2013 from Crown. Since then I have had to bring my vehicle in four separate times, for the replacement of the rack and pinion. I believe you would agree this is frustrating for anyone. I live in Cleveland,Tn. and stay very busy with family and work. So, schedule changes to make these service appointments are not convenient. However with that being said, from the onset of this problem David has worked with me, with making appointments as convenient as possible. He has provided me with great customer service, to help compensate me for my time. David has stayed on top of the problem and in contact with Fiat representatives in an attempt to resolve the issue, which is a defect with Fiat's design of the rack and pinion. David is an asset to Crown and should be recognized for his commitment to providing quality customer service. More

I had a problem with my Jeep - it was under warranty. I was shocked when my engine light came on - they checked it right on the spot to insure that it was o.k. for me to use my vehicle. I had to have warranty work done. The shop was backed up but they worked to schedule me in a timely manner. The final paper shuffle was a bit confusing, but but the service associate booked the rental at th but they worked to schedule me in a timely manner.
