Good friends Had my 2012 Ram 1500 in today for some trailer brake troubleshooting and repair. Arrived at 08:15 thinking I had an appointment for 08:30. Walked to the service counter and found a great service adviser named Judy LaChance. Judy informed me my appointment was the day before but she assured me everything would be alright. Took me in and called for a shuttle to take me home… all is well. Maybe the best part of my visit to Crown of Chattanooga today was the shuttle driver. Come to find out he is an old friend (75 year old friend) I’ve not seen in 15 or more years. Great to see him and great service… More
