Cody service advisor excellent in dealing with our issue - I still think 9 days waiting for a vehicle repair is unreasonable considering we were thousands of miles from home 9(Canada) and 9 hrs from our des - I still think 9 days waiting for a vehicle repair is unreasonable considering we were thousands of miles from home 9(Canada) and 9 hrs from our destination in a truck with 5,000 miles. I'm disappointed in Chrysler Head Office in paying for rental car. I do understand that a dealership will and should look after their own customers. I think a regular mechanic could have fixed the DEF system pump. I bought a NEW truck NOT to have issues pulling a 14,000 lb 5th wheel, not being sidlined for 9 days, Waiting. Then of course was the $1300.00 extra cost -motels, rental car etc. I will always be grateful forCrown for getting us on the road , Thanks to Cody and mechanics who did try to get to my problem earlier by looking at easy fixes . So I'm grateful Thanks Again More

Crown Chrysler Service Department. This is the third and last service I will ever have performed by you. Every time it is the same story. You don't have your operations in order. St This is the third and last service I will ever have performed by you. Every time it is the same story. You don't have your operations in order. Stop playing games with customers time. Don't schedule an appointment for a customer that you have no intention of completing in a timely manner. If you cant get to the customers vehicle on the day you schedule it you need to provide a loaner vehicle so the customer does not suffer loss of use of their primary transportation because your organization doesn't have the kind of culture that can attract and retain the necessary talent to complete the work on time. These are your failures, not the customers. Own the process and solve the issue. You took my vehicle in, parked it for three days and then tell me "we haven't had the time to get to your vehicle and the only way we can is if you leave it over the weekend and we will get to it next week". Nope! Not even maybe. The reason you make an appointment is so the customer has a reserved time that you established to dedicate to servicing that vehicle. Its not to create a back log of work to pick and choose from at your leisure while the customer is waiting around for days until you have time to get to it. Your business is a joke and I will be taking my money elsewhere. I will share my experience with everyone I know so you don't have the opportunity to play games and waist their time and money either. please don't even waisted your time with the old canned reply. "We are sorry for your experience and want to do everything we can to make it right....blah blah blah....that's not what you say in person. We all know it. So save it. Fix your internal issues, provide great service and you won't have to dedicate so much energy to public damage control trying to save face on these review forums! More
