Service after the sale is absolutely horrible. Have been waiting over 1 month since I traded my truck for a payoff on my vehicle. Multiple calls every day and no one will get the job finished. Charly Gentry was the advisor I spoke with when I dropped by without an appointment. I wanted to find out if the dealership could handle oil changes and other service needs on my van rv(Winnebago Solis) as by without an appointment. I wanted to find out if the dealership could handle oil changes and other service needs on my van rv(Winnebago Solis) as most dealers cannot handle the weight and height of these small RV Vans. After doing a little research Charly confirmed that the could service it there and could work me in that day if I was willing to wait a bit. I was very appreciative as I live an hour away and was only in town for a doctors appt. Chary also told me about a MOPAR oil change special and they could add in tire rotations as well. She was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. More

Colin Mooney was my advisor. He made me feel like he really cared about taking care of me. My engine light was on and he found the car needed a multi air actuator, which had to be ordered. It was still really cared about taking care of me. My engine light was on and he found the car needed a multi air actuator, which had to be ordered. It was still under warranty. There were no loaners so Mr. Wiley drove me home. The next day Colin contacted me because a loaner came in. I picked up the Jeep Renegade and had it over the weekend. Colin called me the next week and I swapped back cars. My car is running quieter and smoother than it ever has! More
