I’m really not sure what’s the problem with this service department. It is decent if you can ever get work done and out by 3 hours! They do have a great service manager, Bridgette Davis. Dealing with her w department. It is decent if you can ever get work done and out by 3 hours! They do have a great service manager, Bridgette Davis. Dealing with her was the only positive experience that day for me. A simple oil change and tire rotation took me 3 hrs and my appointment was 9:30 AM. I have been numerous times and it does not leave much of a impression on me. Overall, not bad. The work is quiet good and Bridgette Davis is certainly a asset to Crown. More
