Now you must understand, I've bought several vehicles over the years, and I'd rather have a root canal than deal with a car salesmen! Daniel, however, provided the BEST experience I've ever had in buying a car! Daniel was knowledgeable, showed me all the car's features, easy to talk to, very courteous and professional, and was very accommodating without being pushy. He guided me through the process, and made it the most pleasant experience I've ever had. I bought a great vehicle at a great price. You will not be disappointed if you contact Daniel. I was searching for a backup camera and remote starter on the internet and decided that since I have a new Dodge Journey, I needed to go to the Dealer and let them install with warranty. This was not my first visit but when I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Fulton Lewis, I cannot say enough about Mr. Lewis, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in making sure I knew what I wanted and needed for my vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever, so he took me to the service department to set up a time. Mr. Lewis stood with me while the service tech ordered my parts, until he had another customer. Mr. Lewis, wealth of experience, expertise, and knowledge made me feel at ease and made me a very happy customer at that time. Thank you Mr. Lewis for your outstanding service and keeping me calm through an unpleasant experience I encountered after my parts were ordered, no one called me over a week, after I called to verify if the parts were in, still did not get a call back to set a appointment until I had to speak with a manager, and one part (remote starter) is still on back order, so I’m waiting on that to come in. Over all, I am very pleased with my backup camera. Thank you to the Manager that came back after he left for the day and to the staff that stayed over on Monday to smooth out this unpleasant experience while I was celebrating my 3rd Wedding Anniversary that weekend.
