In our last online search on Thursday (8/12), we found a truck at the Cleveland location, so we reached out via Live Chat the next day and were connected with Josh. We told him what we were looking to do, and he brought the truck down from Cleveland to the Chattanooga location for us to check out and test drive later that evening. It was a perfect match to the features we were looking for, and Josh was able to work with Lee to get it at the final price point we wanted for us to purchase it that day. He didn't pressure us to make a sale, but was genuine in his effort to ensure we were happy with the truck and the final price point.
