Above and Beyond Highly recommend this crew!! Chase was a stellar salesman. We drove 3 trucks that morning. He entertained my 4 yr daughter with everything he cou Highly recommend this crew!! Chase was a stellar salesman. We drove 3 trucks that morning. He entertained my 4 yr daughter with everything he could think of and then some. All while waiting for my spouse to get there, after which we drove around twice more. Mind you all this happened prior to any discussion or pressure to sit down to discuss numbers, credit...ect. Chase even went from the Cleveland store to the Chattanooga store to get a different truck for us to look at. There for 6.5 hrs...of my own doing. Low pressure and high service the whole time. The sales manager Jayme checked in on us a few times along with other staff. An amazing experience from an amazing cast even down to the Finance Manager Mike that made it as painless as possible. On Friday we decided today was the day, w My husband & I have been on the hunt for a Rubicon for quite a few weeks now but just haven’t found THE ONE. On Friday we decided today was the day, we had 10 different used jeeps to look at and all of them were great but still weren’t it. Upon pulling into crowne of Cleveland Chase approached us and it was all over at that time! He was the most patient, sweetest straight foward guy out there! He was just perfect and he did EVERYTHING in his power to get me every aspect in the Jeep that I wanted. Not only did we purchase a brand new one BUT the Jeep was in Chattanooga and had to be brought to us after closing. Even though he missed his dinner date with his girlfriend we appreciated everything! We can’t thank you enough, Chase! You are certainly in the right field of work!! More
