Great! Got everything done! I brought my dodge journey in for a oil change, the windshield fluid wasn't spraying, and the service engine light was coming on. Tate made sure every I brought my dodge journey in for a oil change, the windshield fluid wasn't spraying, and the service engine light was coming on. Tate made sure everything on the list was checked and fixed. I've been exhausted trying to sell a house and work so I was having a hard time processing everything he was telling me so he had to repeat himself 3 times. But he was nice and patient every time. Tate was very knowledgeable and great to work with! More

Emergency Service On 12/27/2018 while in route to my home in Florida the water pump on my 2004 Dodgr Ram failed. I called Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and spoke to Tat On 12/27/2018 while in route to my home in Florida the water pump on my 2004 Dodgr Ram failed. I called Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and spoke to Tate. He was very helpful and I advised I had a two service on the way and that I would be there befroe they close at 6. I arrived around 4 Pm and by 4:30 my vehicle was being diagnosed and parts located. They provided me with a ride to and fom the hotel. The vehicle was repaired and I was back on the road by 3:30 the next day. This dealership and Tate know the meaning of service. More
