Friendly down to earth professionalism. I went in to look at one truck at a certain price. It was in transit though, so my salesman informed me that there was one in the lot that was the exa I went in to look at one truck at a certain price. It was in transit though, so my salesman informed me that there was one in the lot that was the exact model but maybe different color and maybe different amount of miles. I like the truck he had on the lot it was exactly what I was looking for, or so I thought. He was running the paperwork and I mentioned I wish I could afford a model up of this truck. He smiled, and said we got one on the lot about the same miles, about the same price. I was sceptical, I had researched these trucks for weeks, I knew the price ranges. Well, I thought I new. He was right. They had one and it is amazing. Had to have it. So I got it. T. Swallows is the salesman I worked with. Very nice, down to earth, normal guy. Would go back to him in a heartbeat. The manager came over and talked a few times and I got the same impression. He was a friendly down to earth kind of a guy. The finance manager was great as well, no pressure to buy things you don't want. Explained everything to you, twice if you didn't quite understand. And he also a normal southern down to earth kind of guy. I would recommend everyone to see these guys. I showed up looking for a truck that was fine, I could live with it. And I walked away with the one I really wanted for the price I was looking to get it at. What's better than that? More
