All reps were extremely helpful especially Tammy Holt Because they were so helpful in bringing information to our car. Mom recommended I had just read a review from Tara and I know what she means by trying to sell something to a person in Sales. I also had the same exact experience wi I had just read a review from Tara and I know what she means by trying to sell something to a person in Sales. I also had the same exact experience with the Finance Manager, Dustin Winder who explained it all in easy to understand terms to my Mom. I will forever be thankful for the absolute respect that this Manager, along with the Sales Rep Tammy Holt, who put my Mom at ease right away. My Mom had really needed to buy a car for some time and had kept putting it off in fear of past experiences at dealerships. I would recommend that anyone who is thinking about buying a car, make sure you call in advance to get an appointment with Tammy Holt or ask for her by name when you get there and buy on a day that Dustin Winder will help you take ownership of your vehicle. I thought Dealerships like this one was long gone. This little Dealership is a little hard to find but is well worth the effort. Thanks Crown of Cleveland Tennessee for these 2 incredible and knowledgeable staffing members that still know the meaning of Southern Hospitality! More
