Pleasantly Surprised! I was unexpectedly diagnosed with colon cancer and immediately placed in the hospital for surgery. 10 days later, released, and facing a ton of futur I was unexpectedly diagnosed with colon cancer and immediately placed in the hospital for surgery. 10 days later, released, and facing a ton of future doctor visits, we realized we did not have a suitable or reliable transport vehicle. We decided upon a 2018 Subaru Forester Premium. We test drove at a local dealership, but they really couldn't quite give us a deal that made us feel comfortable. We found the perfect vehicle online at Crown and gave them a call. Toot was our salesman. He is personable, competent and compassionate. I could not drive to Cleveland, and Tony would need a ride to go get the car. Toot drove out to our home to pick Tony up! (We are in NC) They gave us the "out the door" price we wanted and a 100,000 mile Power train warranty on top of the remaining manufacturer's warranty. No worries about breaking down on the side of the road after a chemo treatment in this beauty! It only came with one key, which was worrisome to us. Today, Toot gave us a call, and told us he ad located another key and was mailing it to us! Super service, super attention, and super car. We will definitely deal with them again! More
