I have owned Dodge vehicles since 1986 and have experienced the service departments of six other Dodge dealerships around the country prior to moving here and selecting Crown Dodge. My Service Manager, Don Goben, went above and beyond in serving my needs. He was attentive and courteous in preparing the service ticket, kept me informed at every stage of the repair operation, and was exceptionally customer oriented and creative in supplying alternative transportation when the repair took longer than expected. Don, and Crown Dodge as a company, took complete responsibility for the challenging diagnosis, procurement of multiple parts and completion of complex repairs. The entire operation was done for my service plan's deductible amount, making for an economical and satisfying customer experience -- the best I've ever had. More
