I bought my new Dodge truck from Crown in May of 2013 from John Cain, who is an excellent sales person. Having to deal with a very serious issue concerning my vehicle was the most stressful problem I have had regarding autos. Within 48 hours of notifying Crown of the problem, the following Crown personnel are responsible for taking care of the problem once and for all and assuring that I will always be a Crown customer: T.C.
