All the sales associates are very friendly. I never once felt pressured to buy a car. They simple showed the product they had to offer and made me feel like they were very proud of their jobs and cars. Th felt pressured to buy a car. They never left me in a room waiting for someone to give me some sort of information, like I have been done at other dealerships, and were quick to update with any info they had from the bank. I actually went in a few days earlier and couldnt come to a deal with the banks, they wanted a much larger down payment than what I could give, and had to leave without a new car. But John kept working on the deal and called me back a day or two later and said he thought they had found a bank that would work with me. I went in the next day and drove away happy with a 2014 avenger. I highly recommend this dealership, especially John Cain, because they make you feel at home and will do everything they can to get you in the car you love at the right price. More
