Horrible,rude,selfish The sales manager insulted me when we were signing the papers for the car and the regional manager doesn't do anything besides sit behind the desk lik The sales manager insulted me when we were signing the papers for the car and the regional manager doesn't do anything besides sit behind the desk like he can't help any body! I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey and my sales rep was wonderful but I was miss led from the moment we walked in they stated they would give us the amount owed on our trade with out any negative equity we worked on this for 2 days. When we went to sign the papers they tried to charge 4 thousand more dollars then what was on the sticker price BC " negative equity" if they wouldn't of lies in the first place I wouldn't of been so invested and I would of stuck with Larry hill ford! Then while reading the invoice i started asking questions and the sales manager stated " I thought everyone knew how to read one"! It took a screaming match before he even treated me with any type of respect!! I would not recommend this dealership to any one!! The sales rep was wonderful but the guys in charge of this place are only here to rip you off and lie to you! They do not care about anything but stealing your money! He even tried to make me sign the papers with out telling me what my payements would be! More

Going The Extra Mile! This place was a pleasure to deal with thanks to Trish their Service Manager. I contacted her about a recall I had been trying to accomplish with the This place was a pleasure to deal with thanks to Trish their Service Manager. I contacted her about a recall I had been trying to accomplish with the Crown Dodge dealer in Chattanooga but I soon found out the Chattanooga voice mail goes to a dead letter department, thank goodness that their Cleveland dealership isn't that way. I found out after contacting the Chrysler Recall phone line that Cleveland had my part for the Recall, after speaking with Trish about the Grand Caravan problems with randomly not starting or while driving it would shut down she said they could work me in the very next day. Their Chattanooga dealership needs to take lessons from Trish on how to run their Service Department. It was amazing to actually speak to a person the first time I called instead of an answering machine. It might be different if they returned my calls in a reasonable period of time but I don't believe they really care about Customer Service at the Chattanooga location. Thanks again Trish for the quick turn-around and the friendly atmosphere at your Cleveland location. :-) More

Amazing. Very Recommended. I was driving in the road with my great granddaughter and I noticed that my battery was on low. I pulled over and steam was coming out and water was E I was driving in the road with my great granddaughter and I noticed that my battery was on low. I pulled over and steam was coming out and water was EVERYWHERE! I called road side assistance and they told me to call Mr. Milsaps. He was very cooperative and polite. I got towed to his dealer and I did not even need an appointment. He fixed my water pump in less than two hours. He went out of his way to help me. If you are around Cleveland, Tennessee, call Mr. Milsaps. You won't regret it. He is such a help ?? More
