2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Recently purchased a vehicle my wife has wanted since she was 12. It took 30 years for it to happen, but happen it did. Our sales people, Fulton Lewis Recently purchased a vehicle my wife has wanted since she was 12. It took 30 years for it to happen, but happen it did. Our sales people, Fulton Lewis and Juanita Ball (Fulton was training Juanita) were top notch. Super easy to work with, attentive, and patient. The buying experience was completely painless. I know it sounds cliche, but it was a pleasure doing business with them. There was even laughter. Seriously. At every stage there were smiles. Test drive, negotiating price, negotiating trade, dealing with Mark in Finance (Mark was a fierce advocate for us, very much appreciated), and Danny in parts. Excellent Dustin Winder is a EXCELLENT salesman. I have been around several salesmen who are pushy and that does not work for me. I want to leave no matter wh Dustin Winder is a EXCELLENT salesman. I have been around several salesmen who are pushy and that does not work for me. I want to leave no matter what kind of deal. I had my brother with me and we test drove several vans, but all you had on the lot were the blacks and the darker grey vans. I had a picture of a white Dodge Grand Caravan GT, but it was in Chattanooga. He volunteered to go and bring it to Cleveland for me to test drive. Not to many salesmen would do that. That was the van I wanted plus Dustin wanted to help me sold me on the van. It had all the extras that I needed in the van. I have and will recommend Dustin and Crown Chrysler Dodge of Cleveland to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. More
