Excellent people to work with Was introduced to Dustin Winder as soon as I walked in. I told him the situation I was in and what I wanted to get. Dustin said "I can do it" which was a welcome change from other dealerships they normally just say "I'll try" or try to sell you something else. I'm happy to say the staff at Crown dodge got me in and out very fast, and didn't give me the run around that most dealerships do. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend others to go talk to Dustin Winder. He tells you what he can do up front and doesn't try to feed you a line of "bs". So keep up the good work. Chad C. The staff was very helpful and our salesman Dustin Winder was very knowledgeable. The Management and the entire staff were also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I did not feel pressured by anyone during this process. As we were looking to purchase a new vehicle we looked at several different brands and models. Crown was very fair in their trade in offer and offered some very good discounts. We test drove several Jeep Cherokees and decided on a beautiful blue Cherokee altitude with a V6. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the marker for a new or used car. More

I called and talked with Danielle Gant and schedule service for a Tuesday at 9 am. I had my wife follow me down to pick me up. We arrived a few minutes early. When we got there she had no put me on the schedule. I was very dissatisfied with this. She said she was sorry and had no recollection of talking with me. I rescheduled with Travis for Thursday. Cane back and everything went as planned. Don't count on having an appointment when you schedule over the phone. More
