After several years contemplating then finally determining the exact specifications of our first Jeep, we d Wonderful long-distance buying experience! After several years contemplating then finally determining the exact specifications of our first Jeep, we decided on a white 2018 Wrangler JL Sahara. As highly detailed and picky people we wanted certain items period. No exceptions. However our local dealer did not have a matching item in stock and surprisingly no dealer in our metropolitan area did either. We used the Jeep Website to search dealer inventories up to 150 miles away and finally found one exact match - at Crown CDJR in Cleveland, TN. Researching prices actually paid and local dealer fees yielded a final cost that was accepted by this dealer so we made the drive and closed the deal. As someone who shudders at the thought of price haggling, we genuinely appreciated the simplicity of the price agreement process. Seems we all walked away happy. Our salesperson, Neisha, handled initial negotiations via email and text even after business hours making communication so easy. The sales manager, Brian, finalized the deal efficiently and Mike made the finances and paperwork unusually pleasant. All this to say we are extremely satisfied with the Crown staff and would definitely recommend doing business with them even if it requires a full day on the road. More

My new experience was much different, Neisha and Chase were very knowledgeable about the new 2018 RAM that I ultimately purchased. Brian the Sales Manager was what I like in a sales process, just get the price close the first time around and we won't be there all day. I would never buy an automobile from a dealer that says the price on the window is the "final price". All in all I would give this dealership an A+. More

great customer service my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Overland check engine light continued to come on. we took it to Crown and they discovered the issue and fixed it. Then a few wee my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Overland check engine light continued to come on. we took it to Crown and they discovered the issue and fixed it. Then a few weeks later the check engine light started coming on again, so we debated on where to take it too, we decided to take it back to Crown, they discovered that we had a torque converter issue, they called my warranty company and repaired the problem, then other issues began to come up. well to make a long story short, after 2.5 months of them having to keep our Jeep, the service dept personnel having to deal with my warranty company, we now have a new Transmission and our Jeep back at home. The service dept personnel did a great job working with our warranty company to get our Jeep repaired, and Crown also supplied us with a awesome loaner van for the 2.5 months they had to keep our Jeep.
