check engine light on I would have given you 5 star rating but when i called to bring my car in I was told to be there for 8:30 and I was. I left the dealership for awhile I would have given you 5 star rating but when i called to bring my car in I was told to be there for 8:30 and I was. I left the dealership for awhile when i called 2 hours later the car had not even been looked at. At other dealerships when i was told a time to bring my car in that was an appointment. I made it clear that I had traveled 2 hours to get there and needed my car fixed or I needed to know if I had to leave it. As soon as I explained this again which I had already told the person that i dropped it off to in the morning that and I had said it to the person when I made the appointment, once the communication issue was resolved my car was fixed within an hour. More

Oil change I was in for a regular oil change service. I had obtained four coupons for free oil changes, two manufacturer and two comp when I bought the car two y I was in for a regular oil change service. I had obtained four coupons for free oil changes, two manufacturer and two comp when I bought the car two years ago. When I picked up the car they said I had to pay because a coupon had expired and I used the last available to me six months earlier. I didn’t complain. I paid the bill and left. This is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealer in eighteen years. The least they could have done was waive the one expired coupon and let this oil change be on them. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT I CALL THAT. I’m done. More

Service advisor was nice but even with the advice and recommendations by GM TECH, I was told by the advisor, no solution was found. This was after keeping my vehicle 3 weeks. Advisor said she and their Tech. were frustrated. Consider trading it in nothing else they could do. Really. More
