I ilke and would recommend crown buick gmc. But, my recent sierra issues have me very disappointed in gmc. Purchased truck 16 months ago. Due to battery drains, I'm on my 4th battery and 3rd ta But, my recent sierra issues have me very disappointed in gmc. Purchased truck 16 months ago. Due to battery drains, I'm on my 4th battery and 3rd tailgate switch. Kaitlyn told me the switch is shorting out due to water intrusion. This is chronic and will happen again. It screws up the whole electronic system. Also,my radio volume maxes out for no reason with no control to lower or turnoff. Gmc told me to trade it in. Thay have been no help. Can crown help in any way?? More

I arrived there at 8:15 am for a towing package install. When I asked for an estimated time for completion, I was told “by the end of the day”. No ride was offered to anywhere, so I could pass some time. When I asked for an estimated time for completion, I was told “by the end of the day”.
