I'm not a big respond to survey guy, and I'm a relatively new Service customer, and so far Service is pretty good. Prices are not too exorbitant as dealers can be sometimes. Only issue that I'd mention for new Service customer, and so far Service is pretty good. Prices are not too exorbitant as dealers can be sometimes. Only issue that I'd mention for you here is that you guys offer a free wash with Service, but the wash rack is down a lot. Last couple times I brought the Denali in, no wash as the system was down, again. It almost seems like the team doesn't want to offer the wash. For me, its kind of what differentiates you guys from other Service providers. Recommend fix the wash rack, or the peeps that run it, and make that a key deliverable. It delights a customer like me. Everyone that we encountered during our visit to Crown were extremely welcoming, friendly, and simply amazing! John Grundon was so professional, kind, and patient. He was also accommodating in supplying us with transportation while our vehicle was being serviced. We also met another nice and helpful person while we were there, Bill Hevel who also told us about the shuttle they provided, and they both let us know we could come to them if we had anymore questions. I'm telling you, from the time we walked in the doors, until we left we received top notch service! What incredible people to work with! I'm leaving my old dealership. John Grundon took my car in at 9:20 a. m. as the engine light came on the prior day. He was able to get the engine issue resolved, get the alignment done and get the car washed in a couple m. as the engine light came on the prior day.
