The Crown Buick service center provides excellent customer service. They are polite and in my experience honest about what maintenance may need to be performed on my vehicle and what may need to be customer service. I have been happy with the quality of work they provide and in the off chance that something wasn’t right they would stand behind their workmanship. The staff is friendly and I have seen them go out of their way to treat customers as VIP. My overall experience has been great – no complaints. Of course their pricing is a little higher than you can find at some other places but you have that security of knowing they have certified technicians working on your vehicle and they stand behind their work. The wife and I were treated well at Crown Buick and they fixed the problems we had. The 4 cylinder Terrain ran rough and rattled sometimes when first started. This problem was from day one. I didn't realized how rough it was running until Crown fixed it. I just thought it was because of the four cylinder engine. We where giving a nice loaner each time we were there. I do have a concern about the Terrain having so many problems! >1. Seat adjustment. >2. Lift gate actuator. >3. Timing chain, tensioner, 2 valves and etc. We told the dealership where we bought the Terrain about our concerns, but were never addressed More
Mike Gregory was very nice and responsive to our concerns about an intermittent engine noise. All things being equal, the brand new state-of-the-art showroom/service department makes the wait much more bearable. The service manager, Greg Berry, is nice to work with, and they had me in and out in showroom/service department makes the wait much more bearable. I had my Pontiac Vibe towed in to replace a bad starter and had Harry assigned to cover my case. Harry is an incredibly kind, patient, and helpful person - I have honestly never experienced the caliber of and had Harry assigned to cover my case. The quoted price for a new GM starter ended up being higher than for a Toyota starter (as the Vibe is essentially a Matrix - labor was the same cost at both dealerships), so I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. STILL, Harry related that he understood completely, and also managed to get the car started so that I didn't have to pay to have it towed to the Toyota dealership! I was unbelievably impressed with my overall experience, and will be bringing my Vibe back for maintenance service. I'd highly recommend Harry and Crown. More
