Not pleased with service this time around. I made an appointment & when I walked in the door no one came to help me for several minutes until a nice lady got up and asked "may I help you?" They acted like I was in the wrong place although I was in the service department. The man I made appt with didn't even look at me. Car wash- they didn't even do the back at all. Then they said they can't vaccuum it due to personnel issues. They did not check the air pressure in the tires. This was supposed to be a full service oil change (includes car wash and tire rotation). The last time I was at this dealer the service was superb but this time it was terrible. Makes me not want to go back! More

They took care of me when I was in desperate need of help. I was 700 miles from home and needed to get home quick. I couldn’t believe that they were able to get me back on the road in one day. I have met with many Service Advisors over the years at various dealerships but aga was all I could say after my first appointment with John Grundon. I have met with many Service Advisors over the years at various dealerships but again, all I could say or think was WOW. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable.
