Excellent follow-up , and service I contacted Chris a few weeks ago regarding a recall I received. From day one Chris was very helpful and on point. Overall satisfied Overall, I'm satisfied. I came in during a tropical storm due to my car was having some engine issues. The service department checked my car and after Overall, I'm satisfied. The service department checked my car and after the diagnosis was I needed a new engine, I checked the inventory on the lot. Salesman was down to earth with no typical salesman crap and I ended up driving off that day with a new used car. The one thing I wish would have been offered was a final detail on the car. I have a slow leak on one tire I'm going to take back and the car used to have the door edge protectors. They don't have them anymore, but the adhesive is still on all 4 doors. More

Professional Grade A I am Crown customer for many reasons(both at GMC and Audi, their core values do not change from location)... and of course during my recent visit they I am Crown customer for many reasons(both at GMC and Audi, their core values do not change from location)... and of course during my recent visit they continue to show excellence in ALL categories. Yes it is nice to have a warm welcome by the service drive reps. Yes it is nice to be addressed as soon as you walk in the service door by a "Good Morning, how can we help you today?". From start to finish the experience is Fantastic! The routine service on my GM vehicle was done correctly and timely. They provided a clean and brand new loaner vehicle for the day without question. Upon picking up my SUV, the GM of the dealership was walking around interacting with all the new car shoppers & service customers(nice touch) and wanted to make sure his team delivered... it was easy for me to inform him(GM) that Bill Hevel and his team were a 12 out of 10. Still the Greatest!! Excellent service from the moment I pulled up. The greeter met me with a smile ,it was as if he was waiting for me(I did have an appointment). I was escorted into my service writer Bill Hevel . Bill took great care of me and his attention to detail impressed me tremendously not to mention the car wash to boot. I have owned 5 different Buicks and I still say a great car and a great service team . I am loyal to he brand. Keep up the fantastic work you do!! The GM Craig Blacklidge stopped by and inquired how was I being treated which I thought was great customer service, just a very pleasant service appointment. I even met Miss Doris, a smiling cheerful cashier whose conversation I found friendly and kind. Sorry I didn't get Greeter's name , He told a few jokes and was in a positive mood.
