I was having an issue with the AC in my '14 Yukon. I was in a pinch for time and Crown was able to work me in the same day when the other GMC dealers in the area were scheduling a week out. I had not been to Crown previously as I live in Tampa. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chris Sullo. From start to finish, Chris communicated very well with me and treated me fairly. It was, for the first time, as pleasant an experience as a trip to the shop can be! Even though I will pass 2 other GMC dealers on my way, I will return to Crown/Chris for my future service needs.
