Great Experience! Had a great experience with the dreaded car buying experience at Crown. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so didn't have to look. Met Dave when we walked into the dealership, he was very accommodating and helpful. George Orminston was our finance guy, which can be high pressure but George was knowledge and recommended the best finance and warranty for us. I would buy another vehicle from them! More

Their Word is Good I took my Terrain in for a 18,000 service. I was due a complimentary oil change but the 2 year window ran out last month. The manager told me over t I took my Terrain in for a 18,000 service. I was due a complimentary oil change but the 2 year window ran out last month. The manager told me over the phone it would be complimentary. When the service consultant quoted the price, I told him about the phone conversation with the manager the day before. He checked and the price was immediately reduced to $0 no questions asked. I will continue to trust these guys until they give me a reason not to. Also told me an hour and a half wait and it was an hour, 10 minutes. Smart time management on their part. More

Friendly, fast and efficient! I brought in my 2013 Chevy Sonic for routine service since once again I was overdue for an oil change and I had a warning light on that needed to be c I brought in my 2013 Chevy Sonic for routine service since once again I was overdue for an oil change and I had a warning light on that needed to be checked out. As always Bill Hevel and the service department addressed my concerns about the warning light (which turned out to be a quick fix) and changed my oil in record time.
