Buick Verano Every time I bring my lease Verano is a problem ! They promise you a rental and never have it , you never get a call back from them ! The car has 5000 miles and been in service 3 times for transmission problems , you think they will try to help you and make you happy, but nothing!! They promise you the best service when you get the car from them , after that you no longer a priority, there service advisors are the worst in the business, crown dealer just not the same anymore!!
