Great service for a saturday morning.. The service was great as all ways.... especially on a saturday morning... thought I would be there longer... just a oil changed and wipers replaced... a good critic rarely fails to find a problem at 47 years of age, maintaining a variety of vehicles and having driven twice as many miles as most folks i know; it should be easy for me to use my at 47 years of age, maintaining a variety of vehicles and having driven twice as many miles as most folks i know; it should be easy for me to use my naturally critical eye and be unsatisfied with "something". the only concern have ever had was with the porter who appeared not to adopt the dealers work culture. now 2 years later i see he appreciates his job and is less focused on serving hi sown interest. that said, what was once a concern has been an indictor of how a group of service pros can hire someone into an entry level position and 2 years later that person becomes an example of the positive, consistent, valued work environment we all look to be apart of. carry on Greg Berry, Dave Biagi and crew. i look forward to my next visit More

Recall This dealer is one of the best dealer I have dealt with on service. I took my Terrain in for an oil change. Chris informed me GM now had the fix avail This dealer is one of the best dealer I have dealt with on service. I took my Terrain in for an oil change. Chris informed me GM now had the fix available for the wiper motor available. He ordered the part and a few days later I was back. Repair was efficiently completed in less than hour. EXCELLENT service! Chris was great to work with and my Terrain was at the door when Chris handed me the completed paperwork. More
