Had a tire blowout the night before on my way home from work. Needed a new tire on Saturday, as spare is only good for 70 miles. Although the tire and installation are much higher priced at a dealership than at other tire companies, it was worth the extra cost for the convenience and next day appointment availability so that this tire issue didn't drag on for days. I've been going to Crown Buick/GMC for 15 years, having my car taken care of, and this is the first time that I needed to buy a car from them. My 94' Buick Skylark GS finally had to go, and my service my car taken care of, and this is the first time that I needed to buy a car from them. My 94' Buick Skylark GS finally had to go, and my service advisor, Greg Berry, handed me over to Sales lady, Tammy Wagner, to help me buy a new car. It was not easy for me, saying goodbye to my Skylark, and she was so kind, polite, intelligent on all the cars, and gave me input on each one, and explained everything to me. She was also sympathetic, and put up with me and my "occasional" tears -- sometimes, she joined in with me. Tammy showed me many cars, and we test drove a few, of which one of them was the one I bought, my 22' Encore GX Essence. Beautiful car, and she helped with the transition with the registration, and also my insurance company, in getting things switched over, so I could take home the car that day. The financer, Mark Fernandez, was very helpful as well, and explained everything to me before signing the many forms that were involved. I thank Tammy, Mark, and Greg, for helping me through this emotional time, and look forward to making new memories with my new Encore. More
