Not what I expected for a second buying experience Explanation was not given that purchasing another model vehicle does not get the respect that a gmc purchase gets. Sales Team-Great, Finance Department is horrible Beware of the finance department. If you make a good deal on price they will definitely make it up on the back end by raising rates. Even with excellent credit, they threaten to raise the agreed upon price if you don’t accept their financing terms. Salesman was great, but finance was cold and calculating. Also, they were told to only run my credit through GM as I was preapproved through my bank at a lower rate and didn’t want a bunch of inquiries. Shortly after, I was alerted to multiple credit inquiries from different institutions coming from the dealership. More

My only minor complaint is communication could have been better. I called every hour to check on the status starting at 10:30 am & was told it had not been looked at yet. So I was worried I would not get it back the same day. Then when I spoke to Courtney at 12:30 pm she said it was being repaired & I asked why was I not called. The response was because it was a warranty repair. Next time it would be nice to get a phone call. More
