I have an old GMC 2500 that developed an eletronical ghost. Fortunately, I decided to have Crown GMC fix it. It took quite an effort with multiple technicians involved. John Grundon was a very pleasant service advisor to work with. He was very accommodating to my time needs, and informed me of the cost of the services that I needed and asked for. I’m from Indiana and my SES light was on. I called Crown Buick GMC and to my surprise I was able to bring in my 2015 Terrain early the next morning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Howard I called Crown Buick GMC and to my surprise I was able to bring in my 2015 Terrain early the next morning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Howard Wilson. He understood my problem and was extremely helpful, a true professional. I also was 15 miles away. He arranged courtesy transportation back to where I was staying and for pick up when the car was ready. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and they checked my fluids before I spoke to anyone. I then found Howard and he immediately addressed my concerns. I then took the shuttle back to my hotel. Howard texted me later and told me they found the problem. He said they would get the parts and the car would be ready by the end of the next day. He texted me later the same day and they had the parts in stock and were able to complete the repair. They completely exceeded my expectations. What a great dealership. I know why there were voted Dealer of the Year. The courtesy driver Greg was a great guy too, so friendly and professional. Hats off to Crown Buick GMC. I feel so much confident to take my 1100 mile trip home. More
