Great service I purchased a new Buick Enclave and after a few days I noticed a small problem. I went back to Crown and talked to Dave Biagi about it. He recognized I purchased a new Buick Enclave and after a few days I noticed a small problem. I went back to Crown and talked to Dave Biagi about it. He recognized the problem and explained to me the solution and had it done quickly. I was impressed by how things were done and that Dave made sure that I was happy with the repair. My salesperson Lisa Guttery walked me through the entire process. I was basically on auto pilot the whole time. All i had to do was pick out what i wanted. Amy Simpson came around and checked on me as well to see which vehicle i finally decided on. I was then introduced to the Service dept. Chris Sullo setup an appointment for me to come back and add a leveling kit to my truck. When i came back the next day it was a breeze getting my truck serviced. There is a since of family at this dealership. No shyster salespeople like other dealerships (HUUUGE for ex.) More

The BEST Customer Service ever experienced! My husband and I were very impressed with this wonderful dealership and especially the staff. They pull out all the stops and make everyone feels as i My husband and I were very impressed with this wonderful dealership and especially the staff. They pull out all the stops and make everyone feels as if their a V.I.P. Customer. My husband and I were dealing with a patient and were late for our tune up appointment but William Hevel was so wonderful and accommodating and took us right in as if we were right on time. He even had a courtesy van take us to the nearby Cracker Barrell to have lunch, as our Yukon was being serviced , and that was major for me as I was starving and a bit cranky when I arrived because of skipping too many meals that day, and to top it off when we arrived back at the dealership our car was perfectly detailed. Great service from Lou Amelio I recently was in the market for a SUV. I was looking into the Yukon and Tahoe. After doing my research I switched sizes and found a Toyota Highlander I recently was in the market for a SUV. I was looking into the Yukon and Tahoe. After doing my research I switched sizes and found a Toyota Highlander Limited. The car was located at a different Crown dealership. Lou and the staff helped arrange the transfer and held it for me. I know this car was in demand and they still stuck by there word and held it at the GMC dealership for me. Lou came in on his day off to finalize the deal for me. This is my second purchase through a Crown dealer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. There were other staff members who helped in the process as well and deserve to be mentioned. Tommy Geer helped start the car search process. George Kozlowski helped with Finance. More

New car purchase Recently I received a post card from Crown Buick about some deals on a new car. My warranty was about to expire so I thought I'd see what kind of deal Recently I received a post card from Crown Buick about some deals on a new car. My warranty was about to expire so I thought I'd see what kind of deals they had instead of waiting to go back to N.Y. to buy a new car. I met the salesperson, Amy Simpson, at the door and explained to her that my feeling of dealing for a new car is similar to getting a root canal without novacaine. She was unfazed and said she would make this experience as good as she could. She was extremely professional and her expertise of her products great. She was not pushy or over zealous, just friendly and helpful. Amy made this experience fairly nice, it would never be a pleasure, but fairly nice is good. She found exactly the Enclave I wanted and a deal was made. Because of the way this transpired I've told many people about it and told them when they need a car to go to Crown and to ask for Amy Simpson, she is the best. More
