WOW! was all I could say after my first appointment with John Grundon. I have met with many Service Advisors over the years at various dealerships but aga was all I could say after my first appointment with John Grundon. I have met with many Service Advisors over the years at various dealerships but again, all I could say or think was WOW. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable.
