The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the service department is quick and efficient. Chris Sullo was not only a really nice guy but excellent at receiving and and turning around a few upgrades to my vehicle in no time at all and the prep team shined it up nicely before sending me on my way. Tammy in sales is strong, friendly, and knowledgeable too and you can tell she appreciates her customers and welcomes their repeat business. I really liked was that I wasn't awkwardly bombarded by 10 sales guys the second I pulled into the parking but, instead, was able to freely browse and initiate the conversation when I was ready to do so. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience. More

Helped answer questions/concerns regarding GMC We were in the process of selecting between like GMC and Chevrolet truck models when we went on vacation. Our hope was to make a determination while We were in the process of selecting between like GMC and Chevrolet truck models when we went on vacation. Our hope was to make a determination while on vacation, then order our vehicle when we returned home (out of state). We met with Dorothea Pack at the dealership and explained what we were doing. Trying to come as close to a apples-to-apples comparison as possible. We explained we were from another state, and that we wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle from them if GMC was selected. I believe she was appreciative of us being upfront with her; and she took the time to answer our questions and concerns, actually going through the some of the vehicles in the lot looking at the options. She even let us test drive one to check out the ride and handling. She was concerned about our impression of GMC. Wish I could say the same thing about one of Chevrolet dealers who didn't want to "waste" his time. Thank you Dorothea for your time. More
