My best car buying experienced ever. I was searching for a Honda Pilot thru USAA's car buying service when I found the vehicle I wanted in St Petersburg, Fl. It was a bit of a distance to go car shopping but I liked the car' specs so I have it a shot. The first person that helped me was Lisa Guttery. Lisa was very kind and went out of her way to let my salesman Tony Clouse, know what I was looking for and when my expected arrival time would be. Tony was very helpful, informative and not pushy. He made sure that everything was taken care of from when I arrived to when I drove off with my new to me 2014 Honda Pilot EXL. George also went out of his way in helping me with the best warranty plans and services as well. I would highly recommend Crown GMCBuick to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again Tony! More

If your like me you hate dealing with a pushy , you have to have this car type salesman, he is not like this at all and was the best car salesman I have ever worked with in 50 years of buying vehicles..While there we took a look at and test drove a used Cadillac which my wife fell in love with so we had to have it, again he got us a great deal on it. While picking up the truck we saw a 2004 Chevorlet SSR pickup there and you guessed it we got another great deal thru Doug. I would highly recommend Crown Buick for anyone looking to buy a new or used car, everyone there is very friendly and helpful from our salesman to the person doing the financing and title work and will work with you when buying a car. I doubt if you will find a better dealership to work with. Have to go put the top down on my truck and go for a ride now Thanks to Doug and everyone at Crown. More

GMC pre certified maintenance Schedule service for 4:00p appt. Got there a bit early. Was greeted right away. Brought in on a busy day. Great Service Experience Nobody wants to take their vehicle in for service. Whether at a dealer or independent shop, it can be a timely and frustrating experience. I was having an issue with the AC in my '14 Yukon. I was in a pinch for time and Crown was able to work me in the same day when the other GMC dealers in the area were scheduling a week out. I had not been to Crown previously as I live in Tampa. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chris Sullo. From start to finish, Chris communicated very well with me and treated me fairly. It was, for the first time, as pleasant an experience as a trip to the shop can be! Even though I will pass 2 other GMC dealers on my way, I will return to Crown/Chris for my future service needs.
