We left to visit other dealerships and Lisa invited us back whenever we were ready to buy. Two days later we went back but Lisa was not available so Mike Clark helped us out until Lisa was free. We picked a car and Mike explained it in great detail. We made an offer to Jarrad, He countered and we made the deal Mike offered to follow us to the rental car company and bring us back to the dealership . We had not taken the time for lunch, so Mike went out to buy it for us The car was prepped and we drove it home shortly thereafter. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Vehicle Purchase Made Simple I made inquiries on two GMC Terrains on the dealership website the night before and received a call from Lou the next morning setting an appointment w I made inquiries on two GMC Terrains on the dealership website the night before and received a call from Lou the next morning setting an appointment with me for later that day. When my wife and I got there, Lou was very patient considering that we were late due to traffic. Lou was knowledgeable about the GMC Terrain in which we were interested. He had both ready for us to test drive and showed us each feature and how they functioned. We knew what we wanted, negotiated the deal and left that night with the vehicle. Thanks to Mike and Kim for their friendliness and working with us during the seamless no pressure negotiation process. We came back the next day to get the vehicle washed and gas only because by the time we got there it was almost time for the dealership to close. In the main time, we were dropped off at a local restaurant for breakfast by Brian the courtesy driver. The experience with Brian was as if though we were dignitaries visiting a foreign country. This has been The BEST vehicle purchase we've made not only because we got the vehicle and deal we wanted but also because of the experience we received at The Crown GMC Buick dealership. More
