John Grundon took my car in at 9:20 a. m. as the engine light came on the prior day. He was able to get the engine issue resolved, get the alignment done and get the car washed in a couple m. as the engine light came on the prior day. My family and I went to Crown in the morning to purchase a vehicle. We knew what we wanted and didn’t want the hassle of dealing with the stereotypical “car salesman”. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted a vehicle. We knew what we wanted and didn’t want the hassle of dealing with the stereotypical “car salesman”. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by Michael Suttles. He was friendly and easy going - no pressure at all. We told him that we needed to be out I. Less that two hours and he delivered! The process of purchasing our vehicle wad quick and painless no nonsense process. We were press for time and the whole team worked together to make sure we leave on time to pick our daughter. Michael Suttles and Boris Cehic was quick in processing our purchase but they also made sure that we understood every process. It was quick but we never felt “rushed”. We were out of the dealer with 3 minutes to spare! Definitely a happy customer! We will definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to drive down to Crown! More
