My service advisor for this trip into the service department was Neal Thompson. Neal explained everything and worked very hard with the warranty company to cover part of services that were fixed. I was very pleased with the service I received at Crown Buick GMC. My Service Advisor was John Grundon. He was very accommodating. I was very late as a result of circumstances beyond my control, but I was Buick GMC. My Service Advisor was John Grundon. He was very accommodating. I was very late as a result of circumstances beyond my control, but I was still able to keep my service appointment. I had basic service, oil change & tire rotation, and was in and out in about an hour. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and again, accommodating.
