When at the dealership for service, there is a case manager given for a line of clear communication. Kim Moore has been the best associate that has taken the time to work with me for service. I have manager given for a line of clear communication. Kim Moore has been the best associate that has taken the time to work with me for service. I have had my Karen moments due to previous distrust in my last dealership and being mismatched with another associate that was not the best match for me. This dealership and service department is a must check in with me for a new or used vehicle. The extended warranties' are the best investment that I have made from the dealership. It cost more on the top of the purchase price but they have more than paid for themselves in parts and loaners. More

This dealership screwed me over bad ! I will stick to the facts ! My vehicle was in an accident. Crown Buick GMC collision center handled the repair. A portion of the repair consisted of replacing the driver side headlight assembly. After picking up my vehicle I discovered that there was a headlight out, on the driver side, so I opened up the back of the assembly to check the bulb and there was no bulb… Only a wire/plug hanging there… I reached out to the man who handled my repair, Tony Matthews, and he told me to send him the receipt/invoice for the new bulb/installation . I sent him the invoice from Scranton GMC Buick and after about a week he told me he was not going to reimburse me and that I should contact my insurance company ! In my opinion neither Tony Matthews or his manager have any integrity whatsoever… They do not possess enough honesty between them to admit they made a mistake and they are much more comfortable with allowing me to pay for their mistake… I think they are absolutely pathetic and I would never advise anyone to do business there ! 👎👎👎 More

Jacquel (Jay) Waller expertly managed service and detailing of two of our vehicles with outstanding customer service. One vehicle, a 2017 one of a kind Black Widow Pickup Truck was thoroughly ins detailing of two of our vehicles with outstanding customer service. One vehicle, a 2017 one of a kind Black Widow Pickup Truck was thoroughly inspected, to only need a battery replacement, and was detailed for only its 3 time, as we keep it in pristine condition and mostly garaged - an incredible truck. He also managed service and detailing of our 2023 Acadia AT4 which we just love! The entire service team at Crown Buick GMC is "our team". We have relationships that span years, and they continue to provide "over the top" service. We needed flexibility with scheduling due to sidewalk and driveway construction on our property and street, and Jay was right there to help us. We were able to have our vehicles serviced while all concrete cured. Time and time again, "our team" provides Gold Star customer service! Thank you all!
