I just moved to St. Pete, and need my AC fixed on my truck.(and in FL that's a necessity) I was given Mr. Matthews name and number to see if he knew someone that worked on them. To my surprise he asked truck.(and in FL that's a necessity) I was given Mr. Matthews name and number to see if he knew someone that worked on them. To my surprise he asked me to bring it in that day for the mechanic to look at it. We worked out a time when they could get parts in and get it fixed. While they had the truck Mr. Matthews kept sending me updates of the progress. That personnel touch with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I came in contact with there, makes the decision very easy to return with the next problem (with an older truck, it's inevitable) or recommend them to to someone else. Would Recommend and would return without hesitation. I had to bring my vehicle in for front bumper body work and Mr. Matthews was the service representative that helped me. He was willing to talk with my daughter who is more of a car person then I am and who checked out the finished product with approval. All expectations were met without any problems. And with appreciation he even wore a face mask during visits. I was impressed and thought him to be a long standing employee. My daughter even mentioned that the cost I payed was reasonable. More
